The Syncrowave

350 LX is an exceptional single-phase TIG/Stick

power source designed for the master welding craftsman. When the

work demands the arc control of Squarewave technology, premium

performance and the highest levels of efficiency and functionality, the

Syncrowave 350 LX meets the challenge.

The Syncrowave 350 LX front panel has been simplified, making it more

user friendly. Easy-to-use pushbuttons make process set-up a snap. The

standard model is equipped with preflow/postflow and pulser.

The Aerowave

AC/DC power source is the most exciting advancement

in TIG (GTAW) since AC balance control and Squarewave. This premium

AC and DC TIG power source expands TIG welding capabilities beyond

common Squarewave machines, allowing the operator to control the arc

as never before.

With the Aerowave power source, Miller introduces an exclusive —

total AC arc-shaping capabilities. The Aerowave unit’s AC waveform can

be completely adjusted to:

Increase travel speed and improve quality of AC TIG application

Stabilize the arc cone and reduce arc wandering for better performance

on fillet welds and automated applications

Control penetration and bead appearance to meet user’s requirements

500 has the

power to meet the needs of heavy industrial production schedules. Its

tall “bookshelf” style case encloses a machine that offers the ultimate in

versatility, accuracy and reliable performance. The most technically

demanding applications are easily handled with the 500’s full spectrum

of professional features.

The front-mounted control panel puts complete control at the operator’s

fingertips. Standard operating features include start current control, crater

fill control and power factor correction. With available accessories, the

Syncrowave 500 makes automating complicated AC TIG operations easy

and straightforward. Optional solid-state equipment allows precise weld

programming with full control over timing, slope and current parameters.
