PD Drive Roll Kits and Guides

(Order from Miller Service Parts.)

Old-style drive rolls are used when not using PD continuous guides or when wire type dictates use. Must order 4 rolls and correct PD intermediate and

exit guides (see below). 70 Series guides are not compatible with the 75 Series.

PD inlet, intermediate and exit guides are required

with old-style drive rolls. 70 Series guides are not

compatible with the 75 Series.

PD drive roll kits include

4 PD drive rolls and one

continuous guide either

in brass or plastic depending

on wire type. For wire sizes

larger than 5/64 in (2.0 mm)

or when using old-style drive

rolls you must use the new

75 Series intermediate and

exit guides shown below. PD

drive rolls are only available

up to 5/64 in (2.0 mm).

*Accommodates .045 and .047 (3/64 in) wire. **Kits consist of 4 drive rolls, 1 intermediate guide #223 515 and 1 exit guide #223 517.
